# How WhatsApp pricing works at NotiFly

You pay for two things: a monthly plan, and the WhatsApp messages you send. Prices here are live (as of Sep 20, 2026), in PKR.

Pay yearly and save 20% on the plan.

## Which plan you need

- Connecting a Shopify store starts on Standard.
- Sending 30,000 or more messages a month (updates, promotions and chat replies together) starts on Standard. Businesses that only send through the API stay on Lite up to 50,000 a month.
- Otherwise Lite is enough.
- Premium is suggested only when it costs less than Standard plus the extra AI replies you need.

## AI replies

- On Lite, add the AI Chatbot for Rs 5,000 a month: about 1,000 a month answering from your business info, or about 454 a month when the AI also checks products and orders.
- Standard and Premium include AI replies (see the plan table).
- An AI that books appointments adds Rs 7,000 a month.
- Extra AI replies beyond what your plan covers: our team will give you this price.

## Setup

- Do it yourself with our guides: free.
- Some help from our team: Rs 15,000 one time.
- Our team sets everything up: Rs 49,000 one time.

## Good to know

- Setup and monthly charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including where an account is later restricted or banned by Meta.
- Every estimate is an estimate. Our team confirms the final quote.
